Access Fitness Lakeland is a locally owned franchise of Diversified Health and Fitness.  We opened our 5600 square foot facility in the Highland City Town Center in February of 2009. 

We provide our members a fast, convenient and affordable workout alternative to the oversized, overpriced and overcrowded health clubs.

Our facilities feature 20 hour a day access, state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, locker rooms, tanning, group exercise programs, personal training in a safe, secure environment.

Our membership agreements can be either Month-to-Month, or on a longer-term basis for added monthly savings.

We strive to provide you with the best possible experience each time you enter our club. Our friendly staff has a passion for excellence and is here to support you in reaching your goals.  We truly want you to feel comfortable in knowing that this is "Your Gym".

Full Member Access (4am - Midnight) daily

Access Card
A personal membership card is issued to each member. It will allow access, 20 hours a day, 7 days a week. This will allow access to all of the dressing rooms, cardio and strength equipment.

Card Reader
Just pass your card by the card reader located outside the facility door. It will unlock the door for complete access to the facility.

Security Cameras
Security cameras are located throughout the facility to register who uses the Access Fitness facility. You are always safe

Strength Equipment
The strength equipment at Access Fitness is exclusively designed and manufactured by Pioneer Strength Equipment. All machines are built to last and ergonomically designed to give one of the best workouts of your life.

Free Weights
Firm up or trim down or just get fit. Access Fitness has all you need for a great workout. We have everything a serious lifter needs plus Pioneer’s Patented SmartRacks. Contact us for more details.

Cardio Equipment
Our Climbers, Cycles, Treadmills and Ellipticals are the ultimate club machines. Access Fitness features SciFit and LifeFitness cardio equipment. Tanning
Access Fitness is dedicated to bringing you the newest and safest tanning technology for a great looking tan. We feature the tanning industry's most versatile line of commercial tanning beds. Get fit and look your best with a tan from Access Fitness
